Braised Ribs (or Moose Meat)

2 lbs boneless ribs
2 onions minced
2 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp currants
tsp cinnamon
tsp pepper
tsp allspice
1 tsp salt
juniper berries
1 cups red wine
2 tsp wine vinegar

Brown the meat by roasting it in a pan. Then put in the croc pot. Add all the ingredients and let simmer for 8 hours.
