I was most honored to get the opportunity to do a scroll for someone I knew. Lady Elena
O'Sirideain is a scribe herself, and knowing that she liked celtic style scrolls, and it suited
her persona well, I chose to go that direction.

The large "P" on the left side is taken from Illuminated Initials in Full Color: 548
Designs by Carol Belanger Grafton. I modified a few things on it, and changed the
colors from what was shown in this publication. I then sampled the calligraphy from the
Book of Kells to match the celtic style.

I was most pleased with the final product and overjoyed to see it's recipient was also
happy with it. Congratulations Lady Elena.
